The Sound of Rant

Partially as a response to this nice gif and partially because all of my ‘Sherlock’ songs were played by my mp3 tonight (random mode).
Also, Levianfan has been reblogging a lot of Mycroft (and Mystrade) lately so my feelings started to pile up again lol.

So far… ‘Shape of My Heart’ the Demolition Man album version is Mycroft’s; ‘When The Angels Fall’ is Greg’s; ‘It’s Probably Me’ the Ten Summoner’s Tale album version is John’s, and some extra crack with ‘Fortress Around Your Heart’ for Mycroft - Sherlock brotherhood.
Lol I’m such a Sting fanatic =)).
It’s also kinda funny that I can imagine John seeing his own situation in ‘Ghost Story’ and vice versa for Sherlock.
‘When The Angels Fall’ makes me want to write fic haha.
Faulty but I’m not competent and motivated enough to fix it more. Columbus is getting too hot T__T.

A (mainly) Mystrade fic that’s very well paced in regard to actions and emotions. Sherlock and John’s part also develops naturally and sometimes is very moving. The relationships are beautifully built and depicted, and the details are quite extraordinary. BAMF!Everyone =)
I’ve been avoiding reading it because it’s a bit long, but now that I’ve started… I can’t stop.

Vasily Livanov
I just learnt that before Sherlock Holmes, Vasily Livanov and Vitaly Solomin had never met - the series has given them an invaluable life-long friendship. In a selfish way I hope Benedict Cumberbatch and Martin Freeman will enjoy the same connection from Sherlock : ).
I wrote a book once. It was a triffic book. It was nearly eight pages long. It was about this pirate who was a famous detective.

Tonight I saw my friend Mandy, who I haven’t seen in awhile, and who is also a Sherlockian (she’s coming over Sunday to watch series 2). She spotted this on a bus schedule on campus.
COLUMBUS, OHIO AND THE OHIO STATE UNIVERSITY BELIEVES IN SHERLOCK HOLMES.
Our school need a Sherlock Club. Then we can do something for Taste of OSU, etc.
Random unpopular thoughts
Tumblr and Omegle has given me a lot of fun posts on Sherlock and Good Omens. I love both of them, crossing them over is almost a guaranteed laugh (though I would like to see Good Omens x Torchwood more).
Imagining Sherlock casts in Good Omens is fun too, as they are really good at acting.
Imagining Sherlock characters as Good Omens characters is not… The personalities are so distinctive they would be really OOC, especially John - Aziraphale. I would ship something like John - Delivery man though =).
The other day I saw a picture of Sherlock as Morpheus (Sandman)… It put me off a bit. They are way too different.
